Office Requirements and Business Requirements

If one has a setup for office then there are a lot of office requirements, which can either be fixed or variable. There can be two types of requirements for an office: office requirements and business requirements. Office requirements are those which are needed for the office and are mandatory to setup an office, like table, chair, stationary, desktops, etc. The office furniture forms the main part and it can be wooden, steel, or any other material. Office furniture is a fixed requirement and is not needed to be changed on daily basis. But the things like paper, pen, notepads, etc. are required daily basis.

Business requirements differ from office requirements in a sense that business requirements are business specific. Office requirements like furniture are common for all businesses but business requirements are specific to a particular business. For Instance, financial calculators are the specific business need for the businesses dealing in financial management or planning. At times it is possible that some office requirements and business requirements are same but generally they differ. All different projects of an organization have different needs which are project and business specific. Before identifying a business requirement proper analysis is done so that the result can be same like the standard set.
